Anthony Medori has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Delaware. Anthony specializes in representing clients in the purchase, sale, leasing, land development, and management of commercial, industrial and investment properties.
Anthony represents properties that can accommodate space needs ranging from smaller startup businesses to corporate headquarters, including advisory services, with a unique insight into aspects ranging from financing, zoning, environmental, land use and space planning. We pride ourselves in assisting clients and being able to bring and tie these resources together for a complete project.
Anthony is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Finance/Economics. He is on the Advisory Board for The Salvation Army and board of Eco Plastics of Delaware. In addition, contributes time to The Ministry of Caring and St Anthony’s Church/Italian Festival Committee.

Mike Cassidy, Jr., a licensed commercial real estate agent joined Medori Commercial Realty in 2018. Mike specializes in negotiating long term industrial leases beneficial to both Landlord and Tenant always ensuring each of their needs are met. Levering his background in both construction and equipment industry, Mike conveys a broad perspective and business acumen to his clients. His success is attributed to his responsiveness, negotiation skills and integrity in a diverse regional market. A graduate of Wilmington University, Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Mike is committed to sports mentoring of Wilmington’s youth as a consistent, dependable basketball coach. He enjoys watching his players succeed both on and off the court. He is also a dedicated volunteer for The Leukemia Research foundation of Delaware and Meals on Wheels. Mike is happily married to Sarah and together they enjoy spending time with their dog “Red”
